His operational experience covers all stages of the Business Growth Cycle from Early Stage StartUps (Zesty/Kelkoo) and High Growth ScaleUps (Badoo/Zesty) to FTSE/Nasdaq listed companies (ITV/Yahoo!) and Private Equity owned Corporate Divestitures (TSO/Kelkoo).
His 7+ years Board Member and Board Advisory experience includes Zesty Ltd, the Deepbridge Capital LLP Healthcare and Life Sciences investment fund, the TenX Health Venture Capital fund, the UK Digital Healthcare Council and the Coalition for a Digital Economy (Coadec).
Lloyd co-founded Zesty from an idea mid 2012 into an award winning UK Digital Health company backed by a group of international VC funds including Mangrove Capital, LBO France and Qualcomm Ventures.
Zesty provide digital patient facing services for 20 NHS Clients, 10 Acute NHS Trusts and a further 10 NHS Primary, Community and Sexual Health Providers.
The Zesty Patient Portal removes friction from everyday health related tasks, like booking and managing appointments, delivering virtual care, remote monitoring via apps, sensors & devices, reading letters digitally and sharing copies of electronic medical records.
